Refunds & Returns

• Subscription has a minimum duration of 3 months (3 cycles), after which customer can contact Customer Support should they wish to cancel.
• Subscription orders cancelled prior to shipment will be fully refunded.
• Customer may return a single unopened box/product within 15 days from receiving the product for a full refund (a restocking fee of 20% applies).
• Multiple kits ordered all at one time may be cancelled within 60 days from receiving the product (restocking fee of 20% applies).
• Unfortunately, shipping fees are charged by couriers and cannot be refunded.

Customer Support will process refunds for reasons stated above only after product is returned.  Once received, return and refund will be processed within 7 business days. Customers can contact Customer Support for product return instructions.
